A working draft for review before this website goes live.

Draft for review — not a final launch notice.
This website has not been deployed. Vymori Ltd must confirm its registered contact details, service providers, lawful bases, retention schedule and international-transfer arrangements before publication. This notice covers the marketing website and enquiries; the app needs its own verified privacy notice.

1. Who we are

Vymori Ltd is the proposed controller for information collected through this website and enquiries sent to us. Contact hello@vymori.co.uk for privacy questions. Registered office, company registration details and any applicable representative details must be confirmed before launch.

2. Information and website storage

If you email us, we receive the email address, name and information you choose to include. Please do not send financial records, passwords or other sensitive information. Contact buttons open your own email application; this site has no submission form or account system.

This static website includes no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, third-party fonts or embedded media. The mobile menu operates in page memory only. Copying the email address uses your browser’s clipboard permission when you press the button.

Once hosted, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare Pages is the intended host, but the deployment settings, logs and processing arrangements have not yet been verified.

3. Why information is used

Proposed uses are replying to enquiries, assessing private-beta interest, investigating support requests and protecting the website. The proposed lawful basis for ordinary enquiries and site security is legitimate interests, subject to Vymori Ltd completing and recording the necessary assessment. Where an enquiry involves steps you request before a contract, that separate basis may apply. These bases must be checked against actual operations before launch.

A beta enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. This website does not implement marketing subscriptions or automated eligibility decisions.

4. Providers and transfers

Information may be processed by the confirmed hosting and email providers, authorised people handling enquiries, and advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful. The email provider, contracts, processing locations and any UK international-transfer safeguards must be identified before this notice is finalised. Do not assume all processing remains in the UK.

The Vymori app uses separate authentication and data workflows. This website notice does not claim to describe or certify those workflows.

5. How long information is kept

The proposed approach is to retain enquiry information only for handling the enquiry and a justified follow-up period, with longer retention only where necessary for a documented legal obligation or dispute. Exact periods, review criteria and deletion practices for enquiries and technical logs must be approved and inserted before launch.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. If consent is used, it may be withdrawn. Contact us to make a request; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contacting Vymori first does not remove that right.

7. Security and changes

Do not send passwords or unredacted records by email. Specific safeguards and incident-handling arrangements must be confirmed by Vymori Ltd before launch. No website or email service can promise absolute security.

This draft was prepared on 19 October 2026. Review it whenever website features, providers or processing practices change.
